PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a transparent conductive substrate capable of simply manufacturing a transparent conductive substrate for a solar battery in which a light trapping efficiency in a power generation layer can be enhanced for both long wavelength light and short wavelength light without reducing adhesion and durability of a membrane and light transmissivity, thereby increasing a power generation efficiency of a thin film solar battery.;SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a transparent conductive substrate is a method of manufacturing the transparent conductive substrate used in a solar battery and at least sequentially comprises: a step A of forming a first irregular pattern having a predetermined period on at least one surface of the transparent base material; and a step B of forming a transparent conductive film on which a second irregular pattern having a shorter period than the first irregular pattern provided on the surface thereof, on the transparent substrate so as to cover at least the first irregular pattern.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
