PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice comparison device and the like, which enable appropriate determination of the identity of elements of two voice signals being demodulation signals in the case of modulating in different modulation methods.;SOLUTION: A voice comparison device includes: synchronization means 101 for synchronizing first and second voice signals according to a temporal difference; frame acquisition means 102a and 102b each for multiplying a predetermined temporal width and a window function to acquire a frame corresponding to the temporal width; frequency conversion means 103a and 103b each for converting a voice signal into frequency domain by means of Fourier transform; normalization means 104a and 104b each for performing normalization processing; a distance calculation means 105 for calculating the distance between the two voice signals; and comparison means 106 for comparing the value of the distance being the value calculated by the distance calculation means 105 with a predetermined reference value to output the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
