PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for preventing misdetection relating to drug susceptibility on drug susceptible Mycobacterium tuberculosis having silent mutation.;SOLUTION: In the specimen for detecting drug susceptibility in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, various probes hybridizable with a drug sensitive gene coding for genes associating with actions of therapeutic agents for Mycobacterium tuberculosis are immobilized. At least one probe includes an oligonucleotide hybridizable with a base sequence region having silent mutation of the drug sensitive gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other probes include an oligonucleotide hybridizable with any region including a wild type base sequence of the drug sensitive gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
