Disclosed is a method for examination of a lung injury in an interstitial lung disease or the like. Also disclosed is a method for the examination of a lung disease accompanied by a lung injury. It becomes possible to examine a lung injury in an interstitial lung disease or the like or to examine a lung disease accompanied by a lung injury, by measuring the cytochrome-c level in a broncho-alveolar lavage fluid.
