PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search information provision system, a server device, a search information provision device, a search information provision method and a program, allowing analysis such as a trade area analysis by use of route search results accumulated in a database. PSOLUTION: In this search information provision system, the route search result satisfying a route search condition calculated based on network data prescribing a traffic network associated to each spot is stored; a user is made to input an analysis request including at least spot information related to a spot through an input part; and the route search result for arriving at the spot of the spot information is extracted based on the analysis request, so that search information is generated and is made to be outputted through an output part.
