PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate and release registration of a caller terminal of a non-notification calling number which is registered as an incoming call rejection target.;SOLUTION: When receiving incoming call rejection registration for rejecting an incoming call from a caller terminal 300b whose calling number is set to be non-notification, from a called terminal 300a receiving the incoming call, an incoming call rejection number setting release device registers a telephone number of the caller terminal 300b identified in communicating with the called terminal 300a to a memory 114, and registers registration time of registering the telephone number mapped to the telephone number to the memory 114. When receiving incoming call rejection setting release from the called 300a, the incoming call rejection number setting release device deletes the telephone number of the caller terminal 300b corresponding to designation time designated by the called 300a, from the memory 114.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
