PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition, which can be printed on any of a shrinkable PVC film, a shrinkable PS film, and a shrinkable PET film, for shrink packaging, and to provide a method for manufacturing a printed matter for shrink packaging and a printed matter for shrink packaging.;SOLUTION: The printing ink composition for shrink packaging comprises 70-85 mass% of an acrylic resin, which is a copolymer principally consisting of a normal chain alkyl ester compound containing a 3-8C (meth)acrylic acid, 15-30 mass% of cellulose nitrate, and a solvent component. The solvent component comprises 1-30 mass% of a hydrocarbon solvent represented by formula (1) or (2) and 40-60 mass% of a 1-4C lower alcohol based on the whole solvent component.
