PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data classification apparatus, a data classification method, a data classification program and an electronic equipment which can suppress the time required for a whole learning process. PSOLUTION: The data classification apparatus 1 regarding an embodiment is provided with: a learning data acquiring section 11 for acquiring learning data; a learning control section 51 for controlling the learning of the learning data by a soft margin support vector machine 40; a support vector count acquiring section 52 for acquiring the number of units of the support vector generated by the learning by the soft margin support vector machine 40; and a determining section 54 for determining whether or not the learning process should be terminated according to the variation in the number of units of the support vector along with an increase in the learned number of the learning data by the soft margin support vector machine 40.
