PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article having a surface perceptible by tactile sense.;SOLUTION: A glass or a crystallized glass substrate is provided with a layer having tactile properties with a structure perceptive by tactile sense and coated with the layer. The layer includes a structure-imparting inorganic and/or polysiloxane-based particle and the particle is fixed on the substrate by a layer forming material and the particle generates a raised part on the layer.
