PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend a question for prompting a reply according to user's interest, even if a user does not clearly express interest nor reply, in a QA service over the Internet.;SOLUTION: The question recommendation device obtains a question in a QA service on the Internet; extracts a word from the question for each user among the questions; computes the amount of statistic of each word; obtains a feature amount and a scale from a user interest information storing means which stores the scale which expresses the intensity of interest with respect to the word for each user; computes the recommendation score for each user of each question; stores it with an identifier of the question in a recommendation score storing means. The question recommendation means, when the user's identifier is given, selects the identifier of the question of the N high-order recommendation scores of the recommendation score storing means as a recommended question.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
