PSOLUTION: A G-G abnormality detection support device 30 acquires the content of an operation instruction from a simulation lighting device 60 when a lighting confirmation test is performed by use of the simulation lighting device 60, and display information in accordance with the content of the operation instruction ON a signal plan. For above processing and the G-G abnormality detection support device 30 includes a main control part 32, a communication interface part 34, a display output part 36, an aspect data storage part 38, an instruction acquisition part 40, and a simulation control part 42. The simulation control part 42 turns ON a traffic signal icon ON the signal plan corresponding to a control signal acquired from the simulation lighting device 60, i.e an operation signal for displaying a traffic signal in a simulated manner.
