PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a persimmon fruit fraction, to provide a bile acid adsorbent, an LDL-cholesterol-lowering agent, and a nutritious supplement food each containing the same, to provide a method for producing a processed persimmon fruit product, to provide a method for adsorbing bite acid, and to provide a method for lowering LDL-cholesterol.
