PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate conveyance and handling by providing a lightweight hull for bottom sampling operation, and to facilitate the handling of a bottom sampler itself. PSOLUTION: In a bottom sampling boat, a working deck 5 is installed on a tank barrel 3 of an inflatable boat 2, opening parts 7, 8 for passing through a piston corer are formed at corresponding parts of a bottom cloth and the working deck 5, and a derrick 9 for hoisting the piston corer and a winch mechanism 11 are installed on the upper side of the working deck 5.
