PSOLUTION: A broadcast distribution apparatus 200 includes: an emergency warning receiving section 201 for receiving emergency warning information from the outside; a broadcast parameter storage section 203 storing broadcast channel specification information for normal broadcast and broadcast channel specification information for emergency warning broadcast; and an emergency warning broadcast control section 202 which transmits a control signal for reporting start of an emergency warning broadcast when the emergency warning information is received by the emergency warning receiving section, acquires the broadcast channel specification information for emergency warning broadcast from the broadcast parameter storage section, and makes control to start the emergency warning broadcast by switching from the broadcast channel specification information for normal broadcast to the acquired broadcast channel specification information for emergency warning broadcast.
