PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preventing reflection of a data of a database from being omitted, and capable of conducting management work for the database smoothly. PSOLUTION: There is provided a CPU 11 for determining the propriety of reflecting a data edition onto the data of the database in other generation, based on whether the data edition affects the data of the database in the other generation or not, when data-editing the data of the database in a prescribed generation, out of the plurality of databases, the CPU 11 also outputting an alarm indicating the necessity of reflecting the data of the database in the other generation, when the CPU 11 determines the reflection onto the data of the database in the other generation.
