Sizing device for hollow plastic sheet and method for producing hollow plastic sheet using the same

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing device molding a thick hollow plastic sheet with a high surface density, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the hollow plastic sheet using the device. PSOLUTION: The sizing device for a hollow plastic sheet is provided with: a first pressure-reduced section 10 constituted with a first sizing plate 2 in contact with a molten-extruded hollow plastic sheet S and a feed/discharge block 20; and a second pressure-reduced section 11 constituted with a pressure-reduced box surrounding a second sizing plate 3. The first sizing plate 2 and feed/discharge block 20 have a water feed groove 4 and a drain groove 5 disposed alternately, the second sizing plate 3 is provided with sucking grooves 13, and the pressure-reduced box is provided with a cooling water spray nozzles 14 and openings 22 for pressure reducing and draining.
