PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sizing apparatus for a hollow plastic sheet, capable of more efficiently cooling a sheet uniformly in the width direction in manufacturing a hollow plastic sheet; and a method for manufacturing a hollow plastic sheet by using the apparatus.SOLUTION: A first decompression section 10 including a water supply and discharge block 20 of a first sizing plate 2 in contact with a melt-extruded hollow plastic sheet is provided with a supply channel 5G connected to supply means, opposed to a supply slit 5, and a discharge channel 4G connected to discharge means, opposed to a discharge slit 4. The water supply channel 5G includes water supply means partitioned into a plurality of parts for supplying water uniformly in the width direction of the plate according to the width dimension of the hollow plastic sheet. The water discharge channel 4G includes discharge means for discharging water uniformly in the width direction of the plate. Further, a second decompression section having the same structure is connected to the unloading side. The sizing apparatus for a hollow plastic sheet is thus structured. The method for manufacturing a hollow plastic sheet uses the apparatus.
