PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a compound machine which generates an information display screen to display the screen in a display mode corresponding to an application operating on a server device connected via a communication network.SOLUTION: A compound machine 10 is provided with: a display part 12b which displays the information display screen; a storage part 15 which stores information display screen setting data containing initialization conditions for generating the information display screen; and an apparatus control part 21 for controlling the operation of each part. When controlling the display 12b to display the information display screen, the apparatus control part 21 performs control so as to display the information display screen generated under conditions obtained by changing at least a part of the initialization conditions contained in the information display screen setting data according to an instruction received from the server device 50.
