PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an operation input screen on which a user inputs characters in a display mode depending on a display screen generated by an application of a server device 50.SOLUTION: The multifunction peripheral includes: a display section 12b which displays an operation input image for inputting characters by the user; an input part 12a which accepts character input from the user on the operation input image; a memory section 15 which stores operation input image setting data including an initial setting condition for generating the operation input image; and a device control section 21 which generates the operation input image based on the operation input image setting data. The device control section 21 displays the operation input image, which is generated by changing at least a part of conditions out of the initial setting conditions included in the operation input image setting data depending on setting information received from the server device 50, on the display section 12b.
