PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an aspheric lens having a low double refraction and a high profile irregularity in such a manner that a thermoplastic resin film and a board made of glass are thermo-compression bonded, and to provide the aspheric lens. PSOLUTION: On one surface of the board made of glass, the thermoplastic resin film 1 is arranged, and a die having a recess section of a shape corresponding to the aspheric lens is brought into hot-contact with the thermoplastic resin film which has been arranged on the surface of the board 2 made of glass. Thus, the thermoplastic resin film is molded into the lens form. At the same time, the thermoplastic resin film is integrated by thermo-compression bonding the film to the surface 3 of the board made of glass in this manufacturing method for the aspheric lens.
