PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, when a crankshaft of a rotary compressor couples to a plurality of shafts, a coaxiality of the crankshaft drops significantly due to an accumulation of processing errors and assembly errors.;SOLUTION: A first shaft, a second shaft and a partition plate are set on the same axis, and a fitting shaft of the first shaft is inserted into a shaft through-hole of the partition plate. The fitting shaft of the first shaft inserted into the shaft through-hole of the partition plate is fitted into a fitting hole of the second shaft to couple these to form the crankshaft. The crankshaft into which the partition plate is inserted is rotatably held, and the partition plate inserted into the crankshaft is gripped so that the crankshaft is rotatable to grind a bearing inserting part of the crankshaft.
