PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet package test device enabling a worker to execute different countermeasures on the basis of the flaw of a tablet and the mixing with a different kind of a tablet. PSOLUTION: The tablet package test device, which tests a sheet after processing for supplying the tablet to a pocket is performed, has a CCD camera 80 for imaging the sheet, an test region acquisition unit 2 for respectively cutting out the first region being the region of part of the pocket and the second region being the region of a part other than the pocket within the imaged sheet on the captured image, a density histogram calculator 3 for determining whether the pocket is a pocket to which the tablet is not supplied or a pocket mixed with a different kind of the tablet on the basis of the density values of the respective pixels of the first and second regions, an average value calculator 4 and a pocket determiner 5.
