PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos-surrounding and solidifying treatment material being coated or sprayed to a building structure body including asbestos fibers to surround and solidify the asbestos fiber inside, and provide a treatment method using the same.;SOLUTION: In order to inhibit the asbestos fibers from being scattered from a building structure body, and to surround and solidify the asbestos fibers, an asbestos treating material obtained by mixing metal ion-including alkaline aqueous solution or slurry, a plant or animal oil and a plant or animal glue are mixed to prepare an asbestos treating material. The first asbestos treatment material and the second asbestos treatment material are combined, and the first asbestos treatment material is composed of a treatment material having a high permeability suitable for permeation from the surface of the building structure to the inside and dried to form an organic metal compound, and the second asbestos treatment material is composed of a treatment agent having a sealing property suitable for coagulation and solidification after being applied to the building structure treated with the first material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
