PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosive conductive coating excellent in corrosion resistance and conductivity. PSOLUTION: The anticorrosive conductive coating has Ti, a first element (for instance, Fe) different from Ti and with the oxidation number capable of becoming + (for instance, 3), and a second element (for instance, P, N) structured of an element with the oxidation number capable of becoming -, as indispensable constituent elements.
