PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an option generation and presentation apparatus for generating and presenting comment options on the basis of a live program comment without involvement of a program producer or the like. PSOLUTION: An option generation and presentation apparatus 20 is equipped with: an option generating means 21 for generating options of a comment selectable for a viewer, who views a broadcasting program, on the basis of an analysis result of a comment analyzer 10 which analyzes the comment from the viewer while using program information from a broadcast station; an option presenting means 22 for presenting the options of the comment generated by the option generating section 21; a selection means 22a for selecting a desired option from among the options of the comment presented by the option presenting means 22; and a transmission means 23 for transmitting the options of the comment generated by the option presenting means 22 to the comment analyzer.
