PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-crosslinked body having excellent biodegradability, biocompatibility and moisture- and water-absorbing properties, and also having water resistance of not being dissolved in water: and to provide a method for producing the fiber-crosslinked body.;SOLUTION: The fiber-crosslinked body is obtained by crosslinking a fiber obtained by using a sodium polyglutamate having a molecular weight of ≥200,000, and a polymer crosslinking agent as raw materials. A polymer having an oxazoline group or a polymer having an epoxy group is preferable as the polymer crosslinking agent. The method for producing the fiber-crosslinked body includes a fiber-spinning and forming step for spinning a solution obtained by mixing the raw materials by an electrostatic spinning method, to form the fiber and a fiber assembly; and a heating step for forming the fiber-crosslinked body by subjecting the fiber and the fiber assembly to heat treatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
