PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable lubricant composition having biodegradability predetermined by a vegetable oil and excellent low frictional properties and rustproof properties.;SOLUTION: The biodegradable lubricant composition contains the vegetable oil and/or vegetable oil-derived synthetic ester, the fatty acid shown by C_nH_2n+1COOH (wherein n is 1-11) and an alkylene oxide adduct of cyclic amine or straight-chain amine. The biodegradable lubricant composition for chain saws contains castor oil, at the least, in a base oil and further water and a surfactant selected from the group comprising (i) sorbitan or a derivative thereof, (ii) an ethylene oxide adduct of alkyl ether and (iii) an ethylene oxide adduct of castor oil or hardened castor oil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
