PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely support utilization of loan by a student, and to reduce the burden of payment or the like on the student.;SOLUTION: A loan information providing apparatus 201 comprises a grade information acquisition part 401, an extraction part 410, and an output part 411. The grade information acquisition part 401 acquires grade information. The extraction part 410 extracts loan information which can be used by a predetermined student and which meets the grade of the predetermined student, from a plurality of pieces of loan information recorded in a predetermined recording medium. The extraction part 410 also extracts support information which can be used by the predetermined student and which meets the grade of the predetermined student, from a plurality of pieces of support information recorded in a predetermined recording medium.
