摘要

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for final pressing which does not require a vast calculation time and can carry out stress analysis after final pressing work, and further can be easily adopted in an existing system. PSOLUTION: The analysis method for final pressing is applied to analyze stress in a sheet material after final pressing work that is carried out during press forming of sheet material. The method includes a stress calculation process S10 for calculating in-plane stress that is stress in the surface direction of the sheet material after final pressing work at an evaluation point group a1 composed of a plurality of evaluation points (a11, a12, ...) allocated in the thickness direction within an area A of the sheet material which is subjected to face pressure by final pressing, using analysis result of stress and strain calculated for simulation of bending deformation in the sheet material through press forming.
