PSOLUTION: In this method of inspecting a foreign matter in powder in a transparent vessel and the existence of mixing of the foreign matter into the powder filled in the transparent vessel is inspected. While vibration obtained by composing a longitudinal reciprocating vibration and a lateral reciprocating vibration is applied to the transparent vessel to circulate the powder in the transparent vessel and the powder is imaged through the inner wall surface of the transparent vessel to which the powder adheres.
