Disclosed is heat excellent adhesion to the molded article of the thermoplastic resin composition, and to provide a coated metal formed and fabricated material that can be easily manufactured. A coated metal formed and fabricated material includes a metal formed and fabricated material, and a coating film formed on the surface of the metal formed and fabricated material. Coating, including a polycarbonate unit containing polyurethane resin. Weight ratio of the polycarbonate unit to the total mass of resin in the coating film is 15 to 80 mass%.
