PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent for organic urea based compound capable of efficiently removing an organic urea based compound even in the case of the water to be treated containing a low content of the organic urea based compound included in water, to provide an adsorption device for organic urea based compound, and to provide a treatment method for organic urea based compound.;SOLUTION: The adsorbent for organic urea based compound is composed of an organic compound having such a structure that a carboxyl group is bonded to a benzene ring, and a hydroxyl group or a carboxyl group is bonded to a position adjacent to the position to which the carboxyl group is bonded. The adsorption device for organic urea based compound is constituted so that the water-insoluble organic urea based compound is charged into a column. The treatment method for organic urea based compound has: an addition stage where an adsorbent for organic urea based compound is added to organic urea based compound-containing water; and a solid-liquid separation stage where the organic urea based compound-containing water passed through the addition stage is subjected to solid-liquid separation.
