PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for improving anaerobic treatment efficiency in a treatment object organic matter. PSOLUTION: The anaerobic treatment equipment includes: a sodium adding apparatus 5 which adds sodium to the treatment object organic matter; and an anaerobic treatment tank 6 for methane-fermenting the treatment object organic matter to which the sodium is added by the sodium adding apparatus 5.
