PSOLUTION: The landing conveyer 3 for conveying-out the loaded bulk to the conveying-in hopper 6 provided at a wharf 4 side is provided ON the ship's hull. The position adjusting system of the ship's hull includes a draft position adjustment device having: height direction position sensors 9a and 9b arranged at a front side and a rear side of the ship's hull 2 respectively and measuring the height between the ship's hull 2 and the wharf 4; ballast tanks 11a, 11b formed ON the ship's hull 2 while provided with water feeding/discharge machines 111a and 111b; and a control device 10 for varying the draft of the ship's hull by controlling the water feeding/discharge machines 111a, 111b by a measurement signal from the height direction position sensors 9a and 9b.
