PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill evaluation system, a skill evaluation method, and to provide a skill evaluation program capable of efficient learning support for improving skill.;SOLUTION: A skill management system 20 transmit question setting data to an examinee terminal 11 to display a question setting screen. When an examinee answers a question contained in the question setting screen and selects a transmission button, the examinee terminal 11 transmits question numbers contained in the question setting screen, answers and the like to the skill management system 20. The skill management system 20 performs marking processing and, when the examinee fails, executes transmission processing of grade instructing to take the examination again. When the test period is over, the skill management system 20 calculates the average correct answer ratio, calculates the average value of the number of times of retrying, generates individual grade data and transmits the data to the examinee, and generates departmental grade data and transmits the data to the manager of the department.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
