PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication control apparatus, an authentication control method and a program for increasing the flexibility of an authentication function. PSOLUTION: An authentication control apparatus includes: a plurality of authentication means that perform authentication for an operator by different authentication methods; a corresponding information management means that manages corresponding information between the mode of an authentication request and the authentication means to be used; and an authentication control means that determines the authentication means corresponding to the mode of the authentication request based on the corresponding information in response to the authentication request from the operator and causes the determined authentication means to execute the authentication for the operator.
