PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining cholesterol in lipoprotein, by which the cholesterol can be determined in reduced processes, while omiting the determination produced during the method.;SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the method for determining the cholesterol in the lipoprotein by the utilization of a vibration reaction, preferably to the method, wherein the vibration reaction is performed by mixing the first solution containing hydrogen peroxide and the lipoprotein with the second solution containing catalase and cholesterol oxidase through a semi-permeable membrane.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
