摘要

Novel normal-phase method developed for analysis of dilute whole serum and AF4 lipid particle sub-fractions. Method is useful for quantification below the sample concentration range of conventional "kit" methods, and uses less sample. Alternative non-hydrolysis approach developed for cholesterol, with simpler prep and providing additional data. Improved accuracy for triglyceride measurements on serum samples with low triglycerides. Non-hydrolysis approach for triglycerides is in development.
