PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freeze-preserving cells enabling freeze/thaw trouble to be suppressed to a minimum through reducing both labor and time for complicated cell culture operation, and to provide a method for restoring a cell-culturing condition by rapidly recovering various cell functions including cell proliferativeness after thawing.;SOLUTION: The method for freeze-preserving cells comprises freezing the cells in a suspended state in a cell culture apparatus using a freeze-preserving liquid.
