PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture scaffold material which enables three-dimensional cell culture using nanofibers as a scaffold material, enables highly efficiently performing the supply of nutrients and air (oxygen) to cultured cells and the removal of metabolic waste materials from the cultured cells, and has an excellent cell proliferation-promoting ability, and to provide a cell culture module using the cell culture scaffold material. PSOLUTION: The cell culture scaffold material 1 includes a laminate having a plurality of hollow fiber membrane meshes 10 and 30 in which the hollow fiber membranes are arranged in a mesh form, and a nanofiber layer 20 having a nanofiber aggregate, and disposing the nanofiber layer 20 between the hollow fiber membrane meshes 10 and 30.
