A cell culture module (2), a culture solution module (3), a cell culture chip, and a cell culture case. The cell culture module (2) comprises: a closed body communicated externally merely by means of a culture solution inlet, a culture solution outlet, a cell solution inlet, and a cell solution outlet; a culture solution cavity and a cell cavity (13) located within the body, the culture solution cavity independently comprising a culture solution cavity (12) communicated with the culture solution inlet and a culture solution cavity (14) communicated with the culture solution outlet; the cell cavity (13) being communicated with the cell solution inlet and the cell solution outlet; sealing stop pieces (210) for separating to form the cell cavity (13) and the culture solution cavities (12, 14); and a hollow fiber filament (209) placed in the cell cavity (13) and having a micropore on a wall for not allowing a cell to pass through, the hollow fiber filament (209) passing through the sealing stop pieces (210); both ends of the hollow fiber filament (209) being communicated with both the culture solution cavity (12) at a culture solution inlet end and the culture solution cavity (14) at a culture solution outlet end, separately.
