The present invention provides a photocrosslinkable polyrotaxane having scratch resistance, low hysteresis loss and the like, a composition having the photocrosslinkable polyrotaxane, a crosslinked product from these compositions, and a method for producing them. The present invention relates to a polyrotaxane cyclic molecule in which a blocking group is arranged so that the cyclic molecule is not detached at both ends of the pseudopolyrotaxane in which the opening of the cyclic molecule is skewered by a linear molecule.
