PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community for providing high security property.;SOLUTION: This community communication network is provided with: closed networks 30A and 30B installed in each community; logical edge routers 41 to 44 for permitting data communication between the closed networks of the community corresponding to virtual personality and user terminals; and servers 50 (51 to 53) for service provision for providing various services to the user terminals connected to the closed networks.
