Being the development bias control unit which controls development bias

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing bias control device capable of properly controlling developing bias voltage.;SOLUTION: First and second rectangular wave signals 45a, 45b are output, upon receiving a request for developing bias voltage control. When rise in the first rectangular wave signal 45a and that in the second rectangular wave signal 45b overlap, the rise of the second rectangular wave signal 45b is made to occur earlier than that of the first rectangular wave signal 45a. When fall of the first rectangular wave signal 45a and that of the second rectangular wave signal 45b overlap, the fall of the second rectangular wave signal 45b is made to occur later than that of the first rectangular wave signal 45a. A control rectangular wave signal 45c for controlling the developing bias voltage is then generated, based on the first and second rectangular wave signals 45a, 45b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
