PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create and display an in-plant layout of introduced equipment or the like, and easily change and display the layout by a simple operation.;SOLUTION: When a layout drawing for determining arrangement of component equipment of a processing system which is constituted by combining a plurality of pieces of component equipment registered in a specified three-dimensional space is created on a screen of a display device, a planar view display area and a front view display area of the three-dimensional space are divided to be displayed on the screen, and a horizontal direction reference line of the processing system is displayed in the planar view display area and a vertical direction reference line of the processing system is displayed in the front view display area by mutually linking their positions, and when one of the plurality of pieces of component equipment is selected and its arrangement position is specified in the planar view display area or the front view display area, a planar view pattern and a front view pattern of the selected component equipment are displayed in each corresponding area with an equal scale to the three-dimensional space.
