PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling property and to improve heating efficiency even if the number of turns of a heating coil is increased.;SOLUTION: A coil conductor 6 flatly arranged by using a plurality of element wires 5 (for instance, 1,200 wires each having a diameter of 50 μm) each having an insulating layer is provided, a plate-like insulator 7 formed of a fluororesin such as PFA is arranged on a longitudinal surface side of a cross-sectional shape of the coil conductor 6, and the heating coil 4 is formed by spirally winding the coil conductor 6 and the insulator 7. The heating coil 4 is held to projections 9 on the upper surface of a heating coil base 8 formed of a heat-resistant resin, and fixed to the heating coil base 8 by an adhesive or the like.
