PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank made of a resin member having a plurality of layers, wherein fuel is surely prevented from permeating via the resin member at an opening, and an annular member can be properly integrated with the opening. ;SOLUTION: A resin member having an outer layer Po, an inner layer Pi and an intermediate layer B is blow molded, so as to form a fuel tank body 1 and integrally form an opening 1h. There are provided a cylinder part 1e which extends outwardly of the fuel tank body at the opening, and an overlaid part 1d, whose curved part 1b extends from the tip of the cylinder part in the direction for enlarging the diameter of the opening and which has an outer face parallel to an opening face of the opening. A compression part 1c is formed by compressing one part of the overlaid part 1d and a recessed part 2c is formed to the portion that abuts on the compression part. One part of the resin member is introduced into the recessed part, so that the annular member 2 is coupled integrally with the opening.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
