PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device performing an inspection at a clinical field by setting a small inspection container itself in a portable measurement device, in which a reagent is previously enclosed.;SOLUTION: A micro-tube 1 is formed with a specimen storage section 12, and reagent cells 13, 14 by dividing a cylindrical tube into three partitions. The specimen storage section 12 and the reagent cell 13 are divided by a blood plasma separation filter 15, and the reagent cells 13, 14 are divided by a reagent separation construction, such as an air layer 17. The reagents R1, R2 are previously enclosed in the reagent cells 13, 14. When blood is put into the specimen storage section 12, its blood plasma components are separated therein and transferred to the reagent cell 13. Then, they react with the reagent R1. After the reaction, they react with the reagent R2 by breaking the air layer 17. The reactant after pretreatment by the reagents R1, R2 is set in the measurement device 2 with the micro-tube 1 itself containing the reactant, and then absorbance is measured.
