PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a quality assurance of a product supply to a consumer is properly performed and a method of manufacturing a hot-rolled metal band using the same.;SOLUTION: The quality of a hot-rolled metal band 8 is decided by using the result of the photography of the overall width or additionally the whole length of the hot-rolled metal band 8, by using one or more of near infrared cameras 25A, 27A, 21A which are installed on one or more places among the entrance side of a coiler 24 of the hot-rolling line, the middle of a run out table 23 and the outlet side of the finishing mill.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
