PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve frequency adjustment by containing a plurality of capacitors for fine adjustment to a desired oscillation frequency in a tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece (20). PSOLUTION: The tuning-fork piezoelectric vibration piece (20) includes a base part (29); at least a pair of vibration arms (21) extending in a predetermined direction from the base part (29); excitation electrodes (23c, 23d, 25c, 25d) provided on the vibration arm; and a frequency adjustment part (47) provided on the base part (29).
